5. Limitation of Liability
KNSMI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses due to incorrect payment details or failed transactions.
- Loss of data or privacy breaches resulting from your actions.
- Any disputes between you and the payer using the QR code.
We are not responsible for the actions of third-party UPI apps (e.g., Google Pay, Paytm) used to scan the QR codes generated by the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. KNSMI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:
- The accuracy or reliability of the generated QR codes.
- The availability of the Service at all times.
- The Service being free of errors or interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any prohibited activities.
